Joining Carolina Percussive Concepts is not as hard as you think. We are always looking for well trained and educated percussionist to take over needed percussion programs throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, & Virginia.

We do have a few requirements before we can bring you on staff with us as contracted directors or as associate members.

Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years experience teaching marching percussion lines or Winter drum lines at the scholastic level or higher. This experience does not have to be as a percussion director or instructor. It is desired that you do, but you can also have experience as an associate instructor or specialist instructor (ie, snare line, or tenor line tech).

Must email Carolina Percussive your bio, and background information. We need to know where you have taught or are currently teaching. Tell us what you have done with your programs. This may include program selections, and awards that your lines have won.

Once your bio and background have been reviewed Carolina Percussive will contact you to welcome you aboard. At that time you will be given limited rights to promote yourself in association with Carolina Percussive Concepts LLC, your bio will be displayed on our Staff page of the Corporate website. You will also have access to submit works and compositions for free on our website. You will also be able to buy our CafePress line of Imagewear at cost prices. You must contact us previous to the transactions.
